    Provides health care services for low-income persons of Mono County. Including families with children, adults, seniors, persons with disabilities, children in foster care, and pregnant women. Also provides health care coverage for chronic diseases such as tuberculosis, cancer, and HIV/AIDS.

    Medi-Cal helps cover:

    • Pediatric services (including oral and vision care)

    - Adults (age 21 to 64) who meet income eligibility requirement

    - CalFresh and CalWork's recipients
    - Former foster youth up to the age of 26 (regardless of income)
    - Supplemental Security Income / State Supplementary Payment (SSI/SSP) recipients
  • Requirements: For coverage outside of emergency care, applicants must provide: - Photo ID - Social security number of all applicants - Proof of U.S. citizenship or legal residency - Proof of income (W2 or recent pay stubs)
